Okay so I have been trying out a few new cupcake flavours.....today has been reese peanut butter cupcake (I know YUM!) but I am on batch three. The first two just were not what I was looking for but I'm determined. Once I get it, I promise to post my recipe of it :)
A very simple recipe on how to make Dulce de Leche......
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk pinch of salt roaster pie dish water Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour can of Sweetened Condensed Milk into pie dish and sprinkle with salt. Cover tightly with foil. Place pie dish into roaster and fill half way up with water (do not get water into pie dish) Bake for 1 - 1.5 hours, checking water level every half hour so it does not dry up Ready when in turns a nice golden colour and is thickened. (will thicken more when out of oven) Enjoy :) Well we have finished moving our family from BC to Edmonton, Alberta. Now that our house is somewhat settled in, I am ready to start creating again. I am going to put some focus into cupcakes and try out some new recipes :) Have a Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!
Slowly but surely I get the pleasure of doing more and more cakes and cupcakes. I am in the middle of moving from BC to Alberta so I will not be posting anymore photos for awhile but I assure you I will be back ;)
